Life transitions can feel uncertain, overwhelming, or disorienting. This space allows you to slow down, process what’s changing, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and direction as you move forward.

Grief can feel heavy, unpredictable, and deeply personal. Together, we create space to honor your loss, move through the emotions that come with it, and gently find your way forward in your own time.

Regina Guzman, LCSW

​​My work offers a distinctive blend of integrative psychotherapy and intuitive awareness, combining clinical expertise with a deep attunement to the emotional and internal experiences that often go unspoken. What sets my approach apart is the thoughtful integration of spiritual awareness into the therapeutic process—held in a grounded, intentional way that supports deeper insight, meaning-making, and connection to self.

 

As a licensed therapist, I draw from trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic awareness to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions.

 

Together, we move beyond surface-level coping to explore patterns, process experiences, and deepen your understanding of how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. This work is not rushed or formulaic—it’s a steady, deeply attuned process where you are given space to slow down and be met fully. We gently tend to the layers of emotion that often accompany grief and loss, honoring that healing is not linear and unfolds in its own time.
