Ways We Can Work Together

Healing can take many forms. Depending on your needs, preferences, and goals, I offer several ways of working together.

Individual Therapy and Therapy Intensives

Personalized psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and intention.

Together, we’ll develop an approach that reflects your goals, values, and pace. Depending on your needs, this may include traditional weekly sessions or therapy intensives, which provide a longer, more immersive format for focused therapeutic work.

What You Can Expect

  • Weekly individual psychotherapy

  • Therapy intensives for deeper therapeutic work

  • Evidence-based and trauma-informed care

  • Mindfulness and somatic approaches

  • Optional integration of spirituality for those who desire it

Therapeutic Approaches

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings a unique history, personality, nervous system, relationships, strengths, and life experiences into therapy. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I thoughtfully integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches to create treatment that is individualized, collaborative, and responsive to your unique needs.

Together, we draw from the approaches that best support your goals, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Therapy

At times, we all experience different “parts” of ourselves—perhaps one part feels anxious while another longs for change, or one part seeks connection while another pulls away to stay safe. Drawing from an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspective, we gently explore these internal experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand yourself rather than judge yourself.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Mind-Body Awareness

Our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical experiences are deeply connected. CBT helps identify patterns that may be contributing to distress while increasing awareness of how those patterns influence your nervous system, emotions, and daily life. Together, we work to develop healthier ways of thinking, responding, and caring for yourself.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT offers practical skills for navigating life’s more challenging moments. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate strategies to strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, increase distress tolerance, and cultivate mindfulness, helping you respond with greater intention rather than reacting from overwhelm.

Integrative Mental Health

Emotional well-being is influenced by many aspects of our lives. An integrative approach recognizes the connection between mental health, physical health, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, and overall wellness. When appropriate, we explore these factors as part of developing a more comprehensive understanding of your health and healing.

Somatic & Nervous System Awareness

Healing is not only a cognitive process—it also involves the body. Together, we develop greater awareness of how your nervous system responds to stress, relationships, and past experiences while learning ways to cultivate greater regulation, resilience, and a felt sense of safety.

Trauma-Informed Care

Trauma can shape the way we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles that emphasize emotional safety, collaboration, trust, and respect for your pace throughout the therapeutic process. Healing is never forced—it unfolds within a relationship that honors your readiness and autonomy.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy is an evidence-informed approach that works with the subconscious mind to access patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may not always be available through conscious awareness alone. When appropriate, hypnosis can be thoughtfully integrated into therapy to support meaningful change, emotional healing, and personal growth in a safe, collaborative environment.

Polyvagal Theory & Somatic Awareness

Polyvagal Theory provides a framework for understanding how the nervous system responds to experiences of safety, stress, and connection. Together, we explore how these protective responses may influence your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and physical sensations while developing greater flexibility and resilience within your nervous system.

Spiritual Integration, When Meaningful

For clients who desire it, spirituality can become a meaningful part of the therapeutic process. Conversations about faith, intuition, purpose, God, Jesus, a Higher Power, Source, or other spiritual beliefs are always guided by your values—not mine. My role is not to tell you what to believe, but to create a respectful space where emotional healing and spiritual exploration can coexist when they support your goals.

My Therapeutic Approach

Therapy That Honors the Whole Person

Healing is rarely one-dimensional. Every person brings a unique history, nervous system, personality, strengths, relationships, beliefs, and life experiences into therapy. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to create treatment that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Together, we work to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools for change, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster lasting growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine human connection.
