Investing in Your Emotional Well-Being
We often invest in the things that help us feel confident, healthy, and cared for—from hair, skincare, and aesthetic services to exercise, medical care, education, and personal development. Your emotional well-being deserves that same intentional attention.
Therapy is an investment in the part of your life that influences nearly everything else: how you feel within yourself, respond to stress, make decisions, establish boundaries, experience relationships, and move through change.
Unlike a purchase that offers a temporary result, the insight, skills, and self-understanding developed through therapy can continue supporting you long after a session ends. Therapy may help you recognize patterns, respond differently to challenges, build healthier connections, and approach your life with greater confidence and choice.
Quality therapy reflects more than the time spent in a session. My fees represent 14 years of clinical experience, ongoing advanced education, specialized training, and the thoughtful preparation and individualized care I bring to our work.
Choosing therapy is not an indication that something is wrong with you. It is a meaningful decision to make your healing, growth, and quality of life a priority.
Although no therapist can promise a particular outcome, I can offer a compassionate, clinically informed, and collaborative process in which your concerns are taken seriously and your growth is given focused attention.
Session Investment
Initial Clinical Interview (55 minutes): $250
On-going Individual Sessions (50 minutes): $225
Sessions may include psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and integrative approaches depending on your needs and the direction of the work.
Intensives
Extended Sessions (75–90 minutes): $225–$275
Longer sessions are sometimes recommended when working more deeply at the subconscious level or when additional space allows for a more complete and integrated process.
Therapy That Respects Your Needs and Autonomy
Therapy does not have to follow the same schedule for every person. The frequency of sessions can be shaped collaboratively based on your goals, current needs, availability, financial circumstances, and the level of support that feels helpful.
Some clients benefit from meeting weekly, particularly when beginning therapy or working through significant distress. Others may choose biweekly, monthly, or occasional sessions as they become more stable, want continued support, or need space to integrate what they are learning.
I will offer clinical recommendations and talk openly with you about what I believe may be most supportive. However, you remain an active participant in deciding the frequency and direction of your care. Your time, financial resources, preferences, and readiness are important parts of that conversation.
When clinically appropriate, therapy may be used:
-
Weekly for consistency and deeper therapeutic work
-
Biweekly for continued progress with additional time between sessions
-
Monthly for maintenance, reflection, and ongoing support
-
As needed during transitions, stressful periods, or when specific concerns arise
Our plan can change over time. We can regularly discuss what is working, what you need, and whether the frequency of sessions continues to support your goals.
My intention is to provide meaningful, high-quality care while respecting your autonomy and the realities of your life.
Payment
This is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of session.
HSA/FSA cards may be used.

I do not accept insurance directly. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
