Spiritual Counseling for Deeper Self-Connection and Spiritual Healing
When Something Within You Feels Ready to Be Heard
Spiritual counseling is for those who feel there is something deeper beneath the surface of their emotions, patterns, or life experiences. You may feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about your direction, spiritually curious, or aware that something within you is asking for your attention.
This work offers space to slow down, reflect, and explore the blocks that may be interfering with your ability to connect to your own inner wisdom, intuition, faith, higher power, or subtle guidance.
Rather than focusing only on coping, spiritual counseling invites you to listen more deeply—to your emotions, your body, your spirit, and the quiet truth within.

Who This is For
Spiritual Counseling May Support You If You Are:
- Feeling disconnected from yourself, your purpose, or your spiritual life
- Navigating grief, transition, emotional pain, or uncertainty
- Seeking meaning beyond traditional talk therapy
- Noticing signs, synchronicities, intuitive feelings, or subtle inner messages
- Wanting to understand the emotional or energetic blocks that keep you feeling stuck
- Looking for a space where spirituality, faith, psychology, and inner healing can be explored together
A Grounded Integration of Psychology, Spirituality, and Inner Awareness.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring years of clinical experience, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional attunement into this work. I also honor the spiritual dimensions of healing—the parts of us that seek meaning, connection, guidance, and a relationship with something greater.
My approach may include reflection, intuitive awareness, meditation, grounding, energy-based exploration, inner parts work, and deeper inquiry into the patterns or blocks that may be affecting your connection to yourself and your spiritual guidance.
This is not a one-size-fits-all process. Each session is shaped around where you are emotionally, spiritually, and personally.
Important Distinction.
How Spiritual Counseling Differs From Ongoing Psychotherapy

Spiritual counseling can feel therapeutic, reflective, and emotionally supportive, but it is not structured in the same way as ongoing psychotherapy.
These sessions are typically more flexible and as-needed, offering space for exploration, insight, spiritual reflection, and inner connection. They are not designed as a diagnosis-driven or goal-specific treatment plan in the same way psychotherapy may be.
If you are seeking ongoing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or structured mental health treatment, psychotherapy may be the better fit.

Why This Work Matters to Me
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. After significant loss in my own life, I found myself searching for deeper meaning, healing, and connection. That experience opened a path of spiritual exploration that continues to inform how I hold space today.
What I offer is not solely clinical and not solely spiritual. It is an intentional integration of both—a grounded, compassionate space where your emotional experience, inner wisdom, and spiritual connection can be explored with care.

You Might Still Have Some Questions or Concerns About Spiritual Counseling…

I’m concerned about the cost of therapy.
It’s interesting that we spend money buying things we don’t necessarily need and yet hesitate to spend money on our own mental health and happiness. If anything, spiritual counseling is more than a cost but an investment in your overall well-being that can have long-lasting effects on how you feel about yourself and can help you master tools to support your own healing.

I have a full schedule and don’t feel like I have enough time to regularly attend sessions.

Sessions can be booked well in advance, based on appointment availability, in order to best accommodate your schedule. If you need a specific time or date, you can also join our waiting list, and when a spot opens up, we can contact you to see if you’re interested. Regardless of how busy you are, it’s important to prioritize your emotional and spiritual health, as doing so can lead to a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction no matter how hectic your life feels.

I’ve tried therapy before and nothing changed—how will this be any different?
I often work with people who have already tried counseling before. Whether you are new to therapy or did not have an ideal experience last time, I still encourage you to try again and see if the specialty services that we provide are a better match for what you need. I’m able to draw from both somatic and spiritual approaches as well as evidence-based mental health treatment methods, allowing for more comprehensive healing and growth.
